Limited Warranty and Refund Policy

You must be a registered user of CARs Deluxe to be covered by this warranty.

For a period of 30 days from the date the Software is downloaded by you, ADS Aviation Data Systems Inc., warrants that the media upon which the Software resides will be free of defects that prevent you from loading the Software on your computer. Aviation Data System’s sole obligation under this warranty is to replace any defective media, provided that you have given ADS Aviation Data Systems Inc notice of the defect within such 30-day period.

If unable to resolve download, installation or defect issues within 30 days from the purchase date, the registered user of CARs Deluxe, ADS Aviation Data Systems Inc., will refund the purchase in full.
